Catching Thieves Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is a wine from Western Australia,region of Australia ,By far the most well-known and established wine region in the South West is Margaret River, three hours’ drive south of Perth. The signature wines produced by Margaret River wineries include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Cabernet Sauvignon. From here, head south into the depths of the tall-tree forests, and you’ll enter the cooler-climate wine region of the Great Southern, noted for its exceptional Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon.

It also produces a signature style of wine with the blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Margaret River has in under 50 years grown to become one of the world’s great wine producing regions. The benefit for a bottle of wine with Margaret River on the label comes from a unique combination of science, location and people; we are unique to other wine world regions in the combination of regional assets and wine attributes it can bring.


  • Semillon(50%)  
    is a golden-skinned grape used to make dry and sweet white wines, mostly in France and Australia. Semillon’s homeland is undoubtedly south-west France, not just Bordeaux but the many surrounding wine regions such as Bergerac. It is an ingredient with Sauvignon Blanc in both basic Bordeaux Blanc and the great, dry, oaked whites of Graves and Pessac-Léognan. It gives the longest-living wines in the world in the Sauternes vineyards, where the influences of the rivers, the sun and the ocean allow to develop the noble rot to concentrate its berries in sugar, giving honeyed, rich sweet wines. Other sweet wines on the fringes of Sauternes which owe much to Semillon include Barsac, Loupiac, Cérons and Ste Croix du Mont.
  • Sauvignon Blanc(50%)  
    is a white-wine grape from western France, now successfully grown in emerging and established wine regions all over the world. While the grape may be more readily associated with the Loire Valley (for its role in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume), it is more likely to have originated from Bordeaux, where it is typically blended with Semillon. In the late 20th Century, a new region began to gain a reputation as one of the great Sauvignon Blanc regions of the world: Marlborough, at the northern tip of New Zealand's South Island. Outside France and New Zealand, the variety has been relatively successful in New World regions such as California, Chile and South Africa. It can be grown in relatively cool climates while its naturally high acidity allows it to retain freshness even in warmer areas. Classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas range from grass, nettles, blackcurrant leaf and asparagus to green apples and gooseberries. It gives usually refreshing and mineral dry wines.
